The Bible in a Year: Covenants
The Covenants series traces God’s enduring commitment to humanity from creation to resurrection, revealing a God who keeps choosing relationship even when people fall short. Through the covenants with Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, David, and ultimately the new covenant in Christ, we discover both who God is and who we are becoming in response to that faithful love.
The Church In Action
The Niantic Christian Church takes an active role in service. Our focus is to serve the children and families in our community. Our Food Pantry is open the first Tuesday of each month to families in Niantic. The Sangamon Valley Backpack Project provides backpacks and school supplies to students of our district and supports classroom needs. Operation Loaves And Fishes, a.k.a. OLAF, ensures that each child in our village has gifts and clothes at Christmas.
